Course Description:

Intro to CMMI Class (3 Days) for up to 10 attendees (estimated)
This will be an SEI formally recognized offering of the 3-day Introduction to CMMI Class, Combined Representation, and will qualify the students who pass to take SCAMPI Appraisal Team Training and subsequently serve on a SCAMPI Appraisal Team. All attendees will receive class materials exercises, handouts, and texts. Milli Micro Systems, Inc. will also
assess your organization’s knowledge, expertize and area of
focus so as to best apply and implement CMMI in your organization. We also ensure that participants gain the rational for defi ning processes in your organization and how to improve upon them. We are also there to ensure that participants gain a firm understanding of CMMI models, as well as how to apply CMMI methods to their respective organizations.
