MMS Seaport Overview
Having just entered into the 8(a) Small Business Status as of January 29th of 2005, Milli Micro Systems is a Small Disadvantaged Business with intelligent business planning and determined growth. In 2004, Milli Micro Systems moved into a Hubzone and is HubZone certified. We have laid down a structure of highly experienced key management whose main focus is solely to obtain the highest performance outcome possible.

Although Milli Micro Systems has performed in many of the performance areas
at the time of the Seaport Proposal, MMS had neutral past performance within the Department of the Navy. Two months after our Seaport submittal, but prior to the Seaport Award Announcement, we were awarded and were doing CMM SOFTWARE APPRAISAL for NUWC in Keyport. We are determined to make a footprint in small business excellence by providing the best in job performance the Navy has seen.

After 20 plus years in Aerospace, founded in 1998, Milli Micro Systems feels it is finally ready to accept the challenge of applying its innovative principles in Innovative Program Management, Specialized Training, and Information Systems to the Navy.

Milli Micro Systems, Inc. has strategically teamed with large and small business partners to allow us to provide the outstanding engineering, technical and programmatic support services while maximizing innovation and cost reduction initiatives. To implement the approaches we have outlined our Seaport management approach in our Core Structure to implement cost reduction.

In addition, all task orders shall be evaluated and estimated by creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that will have for each task a specific skill set and labor hour requirements. The team members will be chosen from our teaming partner resource availability and cost structure to enable us to provide the best value to the Navy.
Along with all of this we have implemented Quality Assurance proceedures to streamline and standardize quality measurements.
