Bonnie Cook

Has 25 years of professional experience working as a project manager, systems engineer, technical writer, curriculum developer, and professional consulting instructor. Bonnie holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). She is a CompTIA® Certified Technical Trainer (CTT™) and holds the Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) qualifications. She is also an Apollo 13 ITSM Simulation facilitator and an IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) certified instructor. Through the use of dynamic simulations, group exercises and role‐play, Bonnie’s hands‐on teaching style provides a creative, engaging, and exciting learning experience for her students. She has taught all over the world for IBM, Seven Wonders Learning, Inc., JBA Consulting Engineers, CenturyLink, Philips Electronics, Alfa Insurance, International Game Technologies, MGM Resorts International and Boeing. Countries include China, Thailand, India, Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada, Portugal, Norway and the Netherlands.
